The pricing packages below are for sites with up to 50 plots, if you are running multiple sites then purchase a new license for each site, they will all show in your account. If your site has more than 50 plots contact us for a bespoke quotation.
Please also note that you can buy multiple packages, so if you are building 3 properties you can buy 3 x Self Build packages rather than 1 x Small Developer.
Self Builder
For building 1 single property

Subscriptions are purchased on a site basis, for each site a new subscription will be needed based on the amount of building plots on that site.

There are three access levels, the overall system admin who is the controller who sets up the sites and plots and arranges payment. Then we have the site controllers, these have the ability to access a site and upload documents and images. Finally we have the Professionals, these are access for Building Control, Insurance Company SAP consultant etc who are consulting on the site, they can access and download any other uploaded information for their records
Yes at the end of the project all the information can be exported in pdf format so that it can be handed over to the purchaser of the property to prove it has been built to the specification detailed in the SAP reports.
